Struggling through Chaos!
In the middle of moving house, so making work is taking a back seat for a couple of weeks. Did get a reply from Bury art gallery saying they'll be in touch in August. I'll write to Alan and see if he can post me some plates in time for my next session, mid Aug.

Arena proposal criteria
Here's what they are asking for, I'm losing my nerve on this one. "We are looking at facilitation three large groups and up to 10 individual artists each stage. Rental costs could be subsidised, but all exhibitors will be expected to contribute to rental costs for exhibition space.
Individual artists, artists groups and associations are asked to submit current CV’s, exhibition proposals, a CD-rom showing their practise, a non-refundable £5.00 administration fee (cheques only please)and a stamped self addressed envelope.
Individual artists should write 250 to 1000 words including a personal statement and a proposal outlining your project and what your requirements would be. For larger organisations please write up to 2,500 words including information on you and your previous work and what you propose to do. Also how you intend to make this happen together with details of how you plan to finance this."

Decided to take the pressure of Sunday's printmaking session and enter with what I've got. Thank God this one is just a CD, although it might not do my work justice at least I can just pop it in the post, don't have to go there and back just to drop off and pick up. So here it is -

Bling Bling 40x50cm £75
Lamb of God 40x50cm £ 300
