Dot Art say yes!

Good news, not sure I want to cough up a ton to be in their club though even if I had the money!

thank you for you interest in dot-art. i was very interested to see your
unusual work and would be delighted to have you on the dot-art site.

we can create you a page on the site for free at this stage, (for which
we will need high quality images of all your available work, with title,
price including dot-arts 35% commission, media and dimensions, as well
as an artists statement and cv) but if you wish to be promoted through
our other activities, you will need to become a member of the dot-art
artists club.

this will give you

- access to exhibition opportunities in our forthcoming gallery at the
albert dock, liverpool. this is a huge opportunity for all our artists
to exhibit in such a prestigious location. the gallery will be sponsored
by a number of local businesses who will be holding a large number of
events at the venue, giving yet more exposure and publicity to your
work. we will be launching the gallery with a series of high profile
events which will attract both regional and national press coverage and
ensure that visitor numbers are maximised. this will also be aided by
the summer tourist season, followed by the biennial in the autumn.

- free entry to the dot-art art competition which will be judged by a
panel of celebrity judges as well as the people of liverpool. we are
currently in negotiations with the walker gallery fro the winners to be
exhibited in the walker as part of the prize.

- access to our program of sponsorship of local artists by local
businesses. the idea is that a local businesses builds a relationship
with an individual artists, commissions work from them and receives
recognition of their support for the local art world through press
coverage etc. we hope that this relationship will then progress and lead
to more commissioning and purchasing opportunities etc. we have over 20
local businesses already interested in the scheme and 2 signed up in the
first week.

- as well as many other benefits, such as discounts on art supplies,
free membership and discounts on drinks at the new downstairs private
members club, discounts at 3345 parr street and much more yet to be
confirmed.


however, all these opportunities will only be available to members of
the artists club. in order to make these things happen, we need you to
help us- we cannot do it without you! we have great confidence that all
these projects will raise the profile of dot-art and our members and
ensure that we are THE place to buy art in liverpool.

for an annual membership fee of just £100 we will be able to promote you
and your work through all the above projects.
